Processing Windows
All in-stock orders are processed, packaged, and handed over to our shipping handlers within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or handed over on official Philippine national holidays.

Shipping Fees & Nationwide Free Delivery Thresholds
• Nationwide Free Shipping: We provide 100% complimentary standard ground and air cargo shipping across the entire Philippines on all shopping baskets with an aggregate total value exceeding ₱5,000.
• Standard Rate (Orders under ₱5,000): Calculated dynamically based on shipment destination weight during digital checkouts.

Projected Local Transit Timelines
• Metro Manila: 2 to 3 Business Days (via Flash Express / J&T / Local Courier hubs)
• Provincial Luzon: 3 to 5 Business Days
• Visayas / Mindanao: 5 to 9 Business Days (via specialized air/sea freight channels)

Courier Tracking & Custody Information
As soon as your package leaves our distribution facility, an automated email or SMS tracking notification containing your real-time tracking digits (e.g., J&T or LBC tracking link) will be sent to your profile. Divies Fins is not directly liable for unforeseen transit delays arising from severe tropical weather, local maritime hold-ups, or logistical courier bottlenecks, but our team will actively assist you in tracking your packages.
