Refund policy
At Divies Fins, we understand that precise fit and uncompromising performance are essential for a safe, liberating freediving experience. If your gear is not perfect, we are here to correct it seamlessly.
Sizing Swaps (Foot Pockets, Wetsuits, Socks)
We want you comfortable in the deep. If your foot pockets, smoothskin wetsuits, or neoprene socks do not fit quite right, we offer direct exchanges for alternative sizes, subject to stock availability. The customer covers the shipping fee back to our fulfillment hub; Divies Fins covers the ground freight to ship the corrected size back to you.
Eligibility Conditions
We accept returns and sizing exchanges within 7 days from the date your tracking link marks the package as delivered. To qualify for a return or swap:
• Items must be entirely unused, clean, unwashed, and in their original, immaculate packaging (with all tags, protective bags, and boxes intact).
• Fins, carbon blades, and fiberglass components must show zero signs of water insertion, surface scratches, or foot pocket mounting alterations.
• Due to safety, hygiene, and seal integrity requirements, Nose Clips and Reef-Safe Sunblock cannot be returned or refunded once unsealed, unless arriving with verifiable manufacturing defects.
Philippine Market Consumer Notice:
In full alignment with Republic Act No. 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines), our 7-day rule explicitly excludes items that show clear manufacturing flaws or factory defects discovered upon arrival. If your gear arrives damaged, contact us immediately with clear unpacking videos to secure a complimentary premium replacement.
The Refund Process
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes quality review inspection, we will issue your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Your money will return via your initial payment gateway (GCash, Maya, ShopeePay, or your original Credit Card). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our service desk will coordinate a direct digital transfer to your verified GCash or local bank account.
