At Divies, we build our gear to help you progress safely and comfortably in the ocean. We know that as a beginner or advancing freediver, the last thing you want to worry about is your equipment. That’s why we stand firmly behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

Every pair of our fins comes with a 1-Year Limited Structural Warranty from the date of purchase.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers any defects in materials or manufacturing that cause the product to fail during normal, proper use. This includes:

  • Blade Delamination or Snapping: Vertical or horizontal cracking of the carbon/fiberglass matrix due to structural defects or resin failure.
  • Foot Pocket Separation: Splitting or tearing of the dual-density rubber compounds at the seams or tendons under normal kicking stress.
  • Bonding Failure: The factory glue or T-rails detaching from the blade.

What is NOT Covered?

While our fins are built tough, carbon/fiberglass is a precision high-performance material and is not indestructible. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Impact or Misuse: Forceful contact with hard surfaces (e.g., kicking coral reefs, hitting boat ladders, or dropping gear on concrete).
  • Improper Technique: Utilizing the tips of the fins to push off pool walls, pool floors, or boat steps during dynamic training or entry/exit.
  • Altering the Gear: Using third-party glues, drilling holes into the blades, or modifying the foot pockets yourself.
  • Extreme Elements: Leaving the fins exposed to direct, intense sunlight/heat inside a hot car for extended periods, or failing to rinse them with freshwater after saltwater use.

How to Make a Claim (The No-Stress Process)

If your gear fails within your first year, we won't make you jump through corporate hoops. Just follow these three simple steps:

Take Photos/Videos: Capture a clear photo of the damage, as well as a photo of the entire fin.

Tell Us What Happened: Message us on our IG or Facebook page @DIviesFins with your receipt  and a brief description of how the breakage occurred. (Be honest! Your feedback helps us constantly improve our designs with our factory).

We’ll Make It Right: If the damage is determined to be a structural defect, we will ship you a replacement blade or foot pocket 100% free of charge.
